Salary Range: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of licensed, commercial independent insurance experience. No response will be given to applicants without this experience.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving: A demonstrated ability to solve problems and make informed decisions under pressure.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.

Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage client interactions virtually.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to commercial lines clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Policy Management: Assist in the management and servicing of commercial insurance policies from inception to renewal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Issue Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve client inquiries, policy changes, and claims-related questions in a timely manner.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
