Must be 16 years of age or older.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.

For potential insurance licensing and advancement, candidates must be 18 years of age and possess a high school degree.
