We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Licensed Account Manager to join team. In this role, you will be contacting clients, assisting them with policy reviews and account rounding. Your excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach will be vital in helping clients make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with current clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing personalized advice.
• Educate clients about available insurance options, explaining coverage details and benefits.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans that meet their specific needs and budget.
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Actively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.

Requirements:

• Active P&C insurance license for the state of Montana.
• Prior experience in insurance sales is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work effectively with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software to manage client information. Hawksoft experience a HUGE plus.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Insurance Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance products.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy management, including policy changes, renewals, and claims.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
