You’ll build communication skills, professional confidence, and a better understanding of the insurance industry—skills that transfer to business, marketing, finance, and sales careers.

Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program

• Interest in insurance, sales, business, marketing, communications, or finance

• Strong people skills and clear communication

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)

• Acceptance and adherence to our Mission, Vision and Values

• Work with various teams providing back office support

• Learn the basics of insurance products and services

• Shadowing to observe client conversations and the sales process

• Help prepare information for client proposals and presentations

• Attend team meetings and share ideas

• Assist with general administrative tasks and projects as needed
