We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients, develop personalized policies, and expand our agency’s reach. This position offers a competitive base salary plus an industry-leading commission structure, giving you the potential to earn $60,000–$90,000 annually within the first year, with top performers exceeding six figures. Requirements
- Must have an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- 1+ years of sales and insurance experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet sales goals.
- A positive, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage auto and home insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Complete 10+ insurance quotes per day and actively follow up on unsold prospects.
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily with a minimum of 3.5 hours of talk time.
- Take warm, live transfer leads and convert them into sales.
- Proactively generate new business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Build strong relationships with mortgage brokers, realtors, and car dealerships to drive lead flow.
