This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds—with Mondays in the office for collaboration, Tuesday through Thursday out in the field working with clients, and Fridays remote to close out your week from home.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in insurance, is advantageous, but not required.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Proactive: Ability to take initiative and engage with potential and existing clients effectively.

Customer-Centric: Strong desire to provide exceptional service and meet client needs.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a hybrid work environment while maintaining cohesive teamwork.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office and remote work efficiently.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools to track sales activities and client interactions.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to prospective clients to explain and discuss the comprehensive array of products and services offered.

Customized Solutions: Develop personalized insurance proposals that meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends to anticipate client needs and competitors' offerings.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and team members to share strategies and improve overall sales performance.

Continual Learning: Engage in training sessions to stay abreast of new product developments and sales techniques.
