Property & Casualty License is required to be considered.

Commercial Lines experience preferred but not mandatory.

Customer service experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.

Experience with Applied Systems TAM is a plus.

• Create insurance quotes and assist with policy changes
• Issue insurance documentation and update client information
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with clients.
• Educate and advise clients.
