Financial Service Agent


Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Financial Services Agent (FSA) to partner with our Farmers Insurance District and help clients protect and grow their financial futures. In this role, you'll focus on life insurance, retirement planning, annuities, and other financial solutions working with existing Farmers customers and warm leads provided by the agency. You'll operate as part of our District team with the flexibility to build your own book of business, supported by expert training, local mentorship, and a team dedicated to your success.

Salary Range: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Requirements

Licensing in Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 is preferred but not required. Support for obtaining licenses is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Build Your Own Book of Business
  • Empower existing Farmers customers working alongside full-time agents to meet their life insurance, annuity, and financial services needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a secure pipeline of referrals via partnerships with Farmers agents.
  • Consult with customers to identify and recommend appropriate financial and insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds to help them reach their goals.
  • Drive sales performance and meet individual growth targets.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in life insurance or financial services sales.
  • Strong consultative skills and relationship-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial ready to build and scale your own business.
