Salary Range: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per year
Monthly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

We’re looking for a professional who is:
Experienced: Proven background in insurance sales, underwriting, or brokerage business operations.
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of underwriting processes and carrier requirements (experience with Kraftlake is a plus).
A Trainer: Skilled at delivering impactful training and mentorship to help agents succeed.
Organized: Able to manage multiple agents and carrier relationships effectively.
Strategic: Capable of designing and implementing growth strategies for agents.
A Problem-Solver: Adept at resolving underwriting and carrier-related challenges.
As an Agency Cross-Sell and Brokerage Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping agents maximize their sales opportunities and enhance their brokerage expertise by:
Cross-Selling Support: Work with agents to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across personal, commercial, and specialty lines.
Brokerage Expertise: Provide training and guidance on navigating Kraftlake’s brokerage platform, ensuring agents understand underwriting requirements for over 100 carriers.
Carrier Relationships: Serve as a liaison between agents and carriers, facilitating smooth communication and resolving underwriting questions.
Training & Development: Offer in-depth training sessions to agents on underwriting processes, product offerings, and cross-selling strategies.
Growth Strategy: Partner with agents to develop personalized strategies to grow their brokerage business and improve client retention.
Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and carrier offerings to provide agents with timely recommendations and insights.
