Licensed: Holds active life and financial services licenses (Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65 preferred).
Experienced: A track record of success in life insurance and financial services sales.
A Mentor: Passionate about coaching, training, and inspiring others to achieve their best.
Strategic Thinker: Skilled at designing and executing growth-oriented marketing and sales plans.
Detail-Oriented: Committed to ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.
Relationship-Driven: Adept at building strong, professional relationships with agents and clients.
Your role will focus on empowering agents across 80+ agencies to exceed their goals by:
Mentorship & Training: Provide in-depth training to enhance agents’ knowledge of life insurance and financial services products, sales strategies, and client engagement.
Marketing & Strategy Development: Collaborate with agents to create and implement tailored marketing plans that attract and retain clients.
Joint Work: Partner with agents during client meetings, providing hands-on support to secure sales and build their confidence.
Performance Coaching: Help agents set and achieve measurable goals by identifying growth opportunities and offering strategic guidance.
Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure agents adhere to Farmers Financial Services policies and industry regulations.
