As an Insurance Sales Agent at Collin Edmonds Agency, you will have the unique opportunity to work with warm leads and generate new business through our established agency referral partners. This role is perfect for a proactive and experienced professional who excels in building relationships and providing top-notch insurance solutions. You will focus on offering personalized advice, managing client relationships, and expanding our client base through strategic networking with over +100 carriers to work with and growing! This is a NO COLD CALLING position with a high commission structure.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience: Proven experience as an insurance broker or in a related sales role, with a strong track record of working with warm leads and generating business through referrals.
Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively explain complex insurance products and provide personalized solutions.

Client Engagement: Utilize warm leads provided by the agency and establish connections with potential clients. Conduct thorough consultations to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Referral Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our agency referral partners to generate new business opportunities. Leverage these partnerships to expand your client base and drive growth.
Product Solutions: Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend the most suitable policies across various insurance products, including life, auto, and property insurance.
Application and Policy Management: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Manage policy renewals and handle any client inquiries or adjustments.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and exceptional service. Provide ongoing support and advice to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
