Purpose of Position:
To provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers, provide sales producers with possible sales opportunities and assist in sales and office organization. Our goal is to sincerely sell to customers’ needs while pursuing Allstate’s marketing focus.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Answer phone with a smile each time
Generate new business quotes via cold-calling and/or following up on sales leads
Update/endorse customer policies at their direction
Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments
Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers
Report claims
Assist in training other employees
Review new business log weekly with Agency Owner
Write new business applications using checklist
Cross-sell existing customers
Follow up on pending endorsements and applications daily
Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
