Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Proven sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Self-driven with the ability to work independently

Excellent customer service focus

Ability to maintain compliance with industry regulations

Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling

Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products

Provide policy quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the application process

Maintain client relationships through regular follow-up and policy reviews

Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings

Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics
