If you have proven your customer service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance.
Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
**NO COLD CALLING // NO SALES**
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Document each customers contact.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
