We are seeking a Insurance Customer Service Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll assist our customer service representatives and licensed agents in supporting clients with their insurance needs. You'll gain real-world experience in customer service, client communication, and insurance operations all while being mentored by industry professionals.

-Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

-Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated (Business, Communications, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred).

-Strong communication and people skills.

-Detail-oriented and organized.

-Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Suite).

No prior insurance experience required we will train you.

-Assist with client communications (phone, email, and in-person).

-Support CSR team with policy changes, billing questions, and documentation.

-Learn how to explain insurance coverage and processes in a clear way.

-Help maintain accurate client records in our management system.

-Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

-Provide general office and administrative support as needed.
