We are seeking a Level 2 Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on Life, Health, and Medicare products. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to policyholders while also supporting sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in the insurance industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through coverage options with clarity and care.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

-Required: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

-Insurance license-Life/Health and Medicare Products

-2+ years previous experience in an insurance agency.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google (docs, drive, sheets, forms) and agency management systems.

-Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

-Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

-Provide high-level customer service to existing and prospective Life, Health, and Medicare clients.

-Assist clients with policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, and coverage explanations.

-Conduct Medicare enrollments and guide clients through plan comparisons.

-Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate Life, Health, and Medicare products.

-Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.

-Stay current with industry changes, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.

-Contribute to team growth goals through service-driven selling.
