Chief Operations Officer / Integrator

The founder is a visionary, rainmaker, and growth driver. The Integrator’s role is to build the operational machine underneath that vision so the organization scales faster, cleaner, and with less founder dependency.

This role is for a true builder.

The Mission

Build operational infrastructure, accountability systems, leadership depth, and execution cadence that allow the organization to scale aggressively without operational drag.

The the Integrator is responsible for:

  • driving execution,
  • increasing organizational throughput,
  • reducing bottlenecks,
  • building accountability,
  • and helping transform multiple founder-led businesses into scalable operating companies.

Compensation Structure

Compensation will be tied to:

  • organizational leverage,
  • operational execution,
  • measurable company growth,
  • and leadership impact.

We are looking for a long-term operator capable of growing into a major leadership role as the organization scales.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate, property management, insurance, or home services experience preferred
  • Experience scaling small-to-mid-sized entrepreneurial businesses
  • Experience managing recruiting and growth infrastructure
  • Experience building KPI dashboards and accountability systems
  • Experience leading operational teams across multiple departments

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Own day-to-day operational execution across multiple companies
  • Ensure priorities move from discussion to completion
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks quickly
  • Create operational clarity and accountability
  • Build scalable systems without overcomplicating operations

Accountability & Performance Management

  • Drive KPI tracking and accountability across departments
  • Hold team members accountable to deadlines, standards, and outputs
  • Implement scoreboards and measurable performance metrics
  • Create operational cadence through meetings, reporting, and follow-up

Recruiting & Organizational Growth

  • Help recruit, onboard, and scale agents and leadership
  • Build organizational depth and management layers
  • Develop hiring systems and operational onboarding infrastructure
  • Ensure recruiting pipelines translate into actual production


Sales & Database Execution

  • Ensure lead follow-up systems are functioning
  • Oversee database nurture initiatives
  • Help operationalize campaigns, outreach systems, and client communication
  • Increase organizational consistency around revenue-producing activities


Systems & Scaling Infrastructure

  • Improve workflows, delegation systems, reporting, SOPs, and operational visibility
  • Build systems that increase execution speed and organizational leverage
  • Simplify operations rather than create unnecessary complexity


Founder Leverage

  • Protect the founder’s time and attention
  • Reduce operational dependence on the founder
  • Take ownership of execution and follow-through
  • Help transition the organization from founder-driven to operator-driven
