In this role, you will convert inbound opportunities into clients, deliver a strong customer experience, identify additional opportunities through a “+1” mindset, and execute within a proven system while continuously improving your performance. You will track and hit weekly and monthly metrics — consistently.

Compensation is simple: we reward performance. There is a base salary for stability, uncapped commission, and bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets. On-target earnings range from $80K–$150K+, with top performers earning $150K–$300K+. Your income is directly tied to your output.

Requirements
  • Job seekers must have an insurance license
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
  • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
Responsibilities
  • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
  • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
  • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base
