Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Listing Management: Coordinate all aspects of property listings, including managing and coordinating renovations on listings, paying contractors, visually inspecting work, and continuing to monitoring their status throughout the sales cycle, all while keeping our clients informed along the way
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and clear communication regarding their listings.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property listings, contracts, and closings.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input all relevant information into multiple listing services (MLS) and company databases.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials and strategies to enhance property visibility.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, photographers, and vendors to coordinate property-related activities.
