Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking abilities to engage top real estate professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and virtual networking tools
Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract top real estate agents to join CityScape Metro Group
  • Evaluate candidates for cultural and professional alignment
  • Build and maintain a strong network through industry events and social media
  • Conduct interviews and manage the selection process
  • Assist in onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  • Foster ongoing relationships with recruits, supporting their long-term success
