Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Virginia Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focused: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with industry software and CRM tools is preferred.
