Front Desk Coordinator


Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Support coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing a variety of tasks and supporting our team.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Daily maintenance of the office’s organizational culture by keeping the smoothie bar stocked, sorting and filing magazines as they arrive and keeping up with office supplies.
  • Ownership of office cleanliness, tidiness and overall aesthetic improvement.
  • Support of office vendors for cleaning and maintenance.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing incoming mail, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute communications as needed.
  • Handle various requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Support general office needs and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Process tickets and assist with training.
  • Propose creative solutions to elevate company cultural events and capitalize on routine corporate gatherings
