HOA Client Experience Manager


Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to lead the client experience for our growing HOA (Homeowners Association) division.

We currently support over 250 HOA communities, working closely with property management companies and HOA boards. This role is critical to strengthening those relationships, improving communication, and creating a more consistent, high-quality experience across the board.

This is not a traditional sales or service role.

This is a leadership role focused on:

• relationships

• organization

• communication

• and execution

You will act as the quarterback for our HOA clients.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You’ll Own

• Primary relationship management with property management companies

• Coordination of HOA renewals from start to finish

• Board communication and presentation support

• Oversight of claims communication and client updates

• Service escalation and issue resolution

• Client onboarding and ongoing experience consistency

• Renewal timelines and accountability across teams
