Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and policy questions

-Provide personalized assistance with insurance policies, billing, and coverage changes

-Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner

-Support agents and office staff by helping to streamline internal processes

-Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
