Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License desired.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding client needs.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and offer effective solutions to client issues.
