Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Management Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and running an independent insurance agency.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with QQ Catalyst, TurboRater, and Agency Zoom
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a wide range of clients.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong motivational and leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Customer-Oriented: Focused on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving high client satisfaction.
  • Goal-Driven: Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of insurance sales agents to meet goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Training and Development: Coach and mentor team members on the latest insurance products and sales techniques.
  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions in English and Spanish
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base and increase agency profitability.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the agency operates in compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintains accurate records of all sales transactions.
