We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

 

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• A property & casualty license is Mandatory.
• Previous Office and Insurance Experience Mandatory. 

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Generate new business referrals
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
