Qualifications: Must have Property & Casualty License

Selling Experience: Two years or more

Insurance Agent: Education and Training Criteria:

High School Diploma required 

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Handle incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

We’re a debt-free company that was founded in 2016 by father and daughter – Jim and Christy Santo in Bloomington, Indiana.   Their offices are located at 525 S Walker St at the corner of 2^nd and Walker next to Duke Energy and across from the Eye Center. 

 

Jim has over 50 years of insurance sales experience including property and casualty insurance.  Jim is licensed in five states.

 

Christy joined in 2015 after running an internet company.  She has experience selling all kinds of health insurance and is licensed in five states.  Our assistant and team member Marsha Washington joined us in 2021 and has her license in Life, Accident and Health.

 

We believe in teamwork, collaboration and learning from each other.  As well as treating our clients and prospects the way we would like to be treated, as worthwhile people. We have over 500 active clients.
