Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persistent and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

High school diploma; college degree preferred.

Licensed in Property and Casualty or Life & Health insurance (a plus).

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or lists.

Introduce and promote insurance products offered by our agency.

Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with insurance agents.

Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
