Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in using insurance industry software and tools
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on insurance coverage options
- Conduct market research to identify and analyze insurance products and services
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Actively seek out and find new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
