Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

Consistency as a leader, Reliable transportation, availability at minimum Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm, Fiscally responsible, Presentable and professional in appearance, well spoken, multi-lingual is a huge plus! Licensing in Property and Casualty and Health and Life will be a requirement, clean criminal record.


Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for yourself and your teams performance holding others accountable for their actions or lack there of.
  2. Show up to work with the fire and passion needed to encourage others even through tough days
  3. Build relationships with clients, fellow employee's, local business owners, everybody around you! This is a relationship game! If you an introvert, we will help you out of your shell!
  4. Fiscal responsibility is a must! Owning a business is not for those who can't manage a check book. You must have sound solid financial principals.
  5. Show up on time! If you can't get to the office on time, or log on to the portal when you say you will, you could never hold somebody else accountable to that standard.
  6. Availability: This is a full time position and you need to be available. Customers don't always have accidents and claims during business hours. You need to be able and available to help!
  7. Morals: You would think this would be self-explainatory but it turns out common sense is not so common! You will be making decisions daily that could wildly impact the lives of your clients in their most vulnerable time. You must make decisions based on what's BEST for your client, and not necessarily your check book.
