Charles Lloyd Insurance Inc. is looking for an administrative assistant! This role will start out small and grow with you as we cross train you in multiple area's of our insurance business. This is the perfect opportunity for a mother looking for something to fill their time while the kiddo's are at school, college students taking a break from classes, or just somebody looking for something new to try. You must have a pleasant demeanor, be friendly to talk to on the phone, and have clear English language skills. Those who can speak additional languages are an absolute bonus!
We have found ourselves with a consistently growing business in need of clerical, appointment setting, and administrative help to keep the office running smoothly as a high production machine! We seek out somebody friendly and looking to help their friends and neighbors. Empathy is important as people who call in to our office are often not having a good day (if you had an accident you wouldn't be either!) We need to be able to turn that frown upside down with expert levels of care, knowledge, and action. Whether it be grabbing a coffee or cold bottle of water for customers when they arrive, or helping customers with print outs, ID cards, or directions to the office. No job is too small to be important and they all lend themselves to exemplary customer service!
Salary Range: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Answer phones as necessary
Call customers to set appointments
Take payments in person and over the phone
Process invoices
Create and manage marketing and events
Maintain accurate file keeping both digitally and with paper files
Assist agents as necessary with sales processes where allowed by law
Call delinquent insureds and collect payments where possible
Keep office clean and tidy
Take out the trash
miscellaneous additional duties as assigned
