Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Client Interaction: Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.


Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the insurance products offered and remain informed about any updates or changes.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.


Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.


Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support overall sales objectives and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Licensing: Nevada state insurance license required or ability to obtain one.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.


Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand and anticipate clients needs, providing tailored solutions.


Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.


Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.


Motivation: Self-driven and eager to achieve and exceed sales goals.


Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, fostering a supportive environment.
