  • Prior sales or insurance experience

Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and campaigns
  • Prepare accurate quotes and coverage comparisons
  • Conduct consultative needs assessments
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Close business and guide clients through underwriting
  • Maintain organized pipeline management and follow-up systems
