We are seeking a licensed, detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team part-time. In this role, you will handle customer service, policy processing, billing issues, and quoting home and auto insurance, allowing our agents to focus on meeting with clients and growing the agency. We offer a competitive base pay of $15-18 an hour with opportunities for career progression into an Associate Agent role for those who excel.
