Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Insurance License (Property & Casualty)
1-3 years of customer service experience (in any industry, though insurance experience is a plus).
Prior insurance agency or carrier experience (preferred but not always required).
Familiarity with personal lines products (auto, home, renters, etc.) is beneficial.
Responding to Inquiries: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, or walk-ins from clients regarding billing, coverage, claims, and policy changes.
Explaining Coverage: Clarify policy options, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and exclusions for auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
Building Rapport: Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and encourage referrals.
