• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and expense control for each location.
• Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, operational procedures, and quality control measures.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and revenue.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community.
