-Strong communication and interpersonal skills—a true “people person.”
-Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
-Ability to de-escalate situations and mediate customer concerns effectively.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management software (experience with Agency Zoom is a plus).
-Insurance industry experience preferred but not required (training provided).
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service.
-Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions with accuracy and professionalism.
-Mediate and resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
-Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
-Maintain organized records and documentation in our agency management system.
-Support sales and marketing efforts by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
-Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive agency culture and client experience.
