Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensed and Professional: Must be licensed in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health insurance prior to employment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with general technology tools
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively.



Responsibilities
  • Network & Grow: Cultivate new professional relationships and continually expand your network of prospects.
  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or text, and set up appointments to discuss their insurance needs.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Client Retention & Cross-Selling: Regularly review existing policies and identify opportunities to enhance coverage by cross-selling additional products.
  • Prospecting: Proactively generate new leads through calls, face-to-face meetings, and online networking via social media and community events.
