Key Responsibilities:

Network and Grow: Build professional relationships and continuously develop your network of leads.

Reach Out: Use lead lists to reach out via phone, email, or text, and schedule appointments with potential clients.

Engage with Clients: Meet face-to-face or virtually with prospects to discuss their insurance needs and provide solutions.

Client Care: Conduct regular reviews with existing clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to enhance their portfolio.

Prospecting: Be proactive with phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and online networking through social media and community events.

Sales Presentations: Present insurance products with the goal of tailoring coverage to each client’s unique situation.

Claims Support: Assist clients with their claims and ensure they feel supported throughout the process.

Referrals: Encourage happy clients to refer others, expanding your network and growing your business.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Professional: You must be licensed in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health insurance prior to employment.

Tech-Savvy: You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Customer-Centric: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

Mobile & Ready: Reliable transportation is essential to meet with clients in person.

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to assess client needs and suggest the right solutions.

Continuous Growth: Stay on top of industry changes and meet company/state continuing education (CE) requirements.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
