Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 per year

Requirements

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Create relationships from a cold start.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.

Professional phone etiquette.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

Navigate our booking system "Vagaro" to schedule/cancel appointments for Therapists.

Maintain a clean atmosphere in reception and lobby areas.

Laundry - Washing, drying, and folding sheets and towels

Answer incoming phone calls and text messages.

Return all phone messages promptly.

Manage and post social media accounts as well as website updates.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Schedule appointments for Therapy staff.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and appointment requests within a specified timeframe.

Work independently and as part of a team.
