As a Trainee you will:
? Train and study to take the Property and Casualty Licensing exam within your first 30 days.
? Once licensed, you will practice alongside another licensed team member to build confidence and skill when dealing with customers.
? Have a coachable attitude. On our team, we proactively coach and give feedback. Attitude is key to success on our team.
? Demonstrate an ability to work with computers and basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
? Demonstrate excellent skills in communication, active listening, solutions-focused problem solving and rapport building.
As a Licensed Agent you will:
? Actively shop our client renewal accounts to ensure that we are always providing updated coverage and the best rates available.
? Demonstrate active listening, rapport building, empathy and solutions-focused problem solving when engaging with customers.
? Create and advise personalized insurance proposals based on the needs of the client.
? Provide professional consultations with clients for their Service needs.
? Effectively identify other needs in client conversations so we can connect with our other departments to assist (i.e.: Life, Benefits, Title, Business).
? Identify claims situations and addressing with empathy, urgency and solutions-focused problem solving for our clients.
? Retain continuous awareness of workflow and keep activity notations in compliance with agency procedures.
? Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
? Follow and apply policies and procedures for sales, notation and follow up processes.
