The Receptionist/Administrative representative will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. The ideal candidate will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, taking messages, receiving payments, calling/texting clients for late payments, and sorting and distributing mail.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Schedule meetings and appointments
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
Announce clients as necessary.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, etc.
Prepare meeting and training rooms as needed.
Professionally answering phones and routing calls as necessary.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
Sorting and distributing mail
Provide excellent customer service.
Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
Issue and post bills, receipts, and invoices
Check the validity of debit accounts.
Update accounts receivable database with new bills or missed payments
