Although no insurance experience is required, experience with small and mid-size CT businesses preferred. The position is responsible for acquiring and maintaining commercial customer accounts. Activities will include the development and execution of prospecting and account penetration plans that increase new business, cross selling and up selling. The Commercial Sales Producer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining new business opportunities outside of what the agency provides. We need a true relationship builder with proven performance of growing relationships and sales.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
