With this position you will start part-time marketer, allowing you to learn skills as you work on getting your licenses needed to sale insurance. After you pass your set goal and obtain your first license, you will be promoted to full time until your second set of goals and second license is obtained. At that time, you will be promoted to a full time producer with new goals and more opportunities for financial growth. You will have a choice to stay with our agency or work on your path of obtaining your own agency. All with the support of a team to help you learn and cheer on your success!
We pay for all training and starting licensing, so no money needed to get started in the stable and rewarding field of insurance sales.
Salary Range: $1,250.00 - $5,625.00 per year

Requirements
To be able to pass the Nevada Property and Casualty exam and obtain license
To be able to pass the Nevada Life and Health exam and obtain license
To be able to work both as a team as well as independently without the need for supervision.

Responsibilities
Generate insurance quotes for new and existing clients.
Review coverage and help make informed recommendations by teaching your clients about their insurance needs.
Complete outbound calls to prospects averaging approximately 200 calls per day..
Build strong center of influence and referral networks.
Find creative ways to market and build your reputation as a leading insurance guru.
Have the drive to work on being better each day.
