To comply with industry regulations, candidates must meet the following criteria :

 

• Willingness to work toward and obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses within the state of Illinois (We help guide you along the way in this process)
• These licenses are not a requirement when applying, though the selected candidate will need to obtain these licenses prior to a contract being initiated.

• Our district office will provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and dedicated support throughout your entire career at Farmers Insurance.
• As an independent contractor, Farmers Agents are in business for themselves but not by themselves
• Offering a highly competitive commission structure with lucrative renewal commissions and unmatched bonus incentives - without a required buy-in.
• Ability to diversify their income through their portfolio beyond property, casualty, life and health lines of business
• Establish an office and build a team to represent your agency brand

• We help teach Agency Owners how to take a consultative approach when it comes to growing business with prospective and existing clients.
