Sales consultants in our Apprentice program are responsible for communicating with our leads, understanding their needs, and ensuring that all our prospects have a smooth sales process.

This sales position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions.

We invest in our Appretices to help them succeed and achieve their long term career goals as well as their personal goals.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements

Positive mindset

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethics

General computer and typing skills

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and audio

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Agency Owner:

Small business owner

Effectively manage a team and be a true leader

Communicating with customers

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and help clients with the purchase stage

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients consistently

Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities

Maintaining and updating databases

Help customers get back on their feet after an accident or disaster happens

Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services

Ability to achieve high customer satisfaction

Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
