Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

We are looking for someone who has/is :

 

  • Experience with computers, CRM, Microsoft office suite
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
  • High school or College Degree
  • Possess or obtain Illinois Property/Casualty licenses within first sixty days of employment
  • The desire to be their own BOSS!
Responsibilities

We train you on the core tasks detailed below :

 

  • Ability to satisfy and maintain the IL insurance licensing requirements
  • Conduct needs based sales consultations with prospective clients
  • Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
  • Assist in the development of a marketing plan for your role
  • Adhere to a follow up system provided by the agency for prospective clients assigned to you
  • Participate and successfully complete all training as assigned
  • Provide prompt and professional service
