We are seeking an ambitious Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate new business, build strong client relationships, and help individuals and families secure coverage that meets their needs. You’ll work in a supportive, low-pressure environment that values initiative and rewards performance.

• Base Pay: $35,000 to $45,000 annually, based on experience
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives when company goals are met
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends off

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus
• A Property and Casualty license is a plus, but not required. We’ll help you get licensed
