Chase, Clarke, Stewart & Fontana DBA Goss & McLain is an established full-service independent insurance agency seeking a Front Desk Coordinator with good verbal and written communication skills in our Holyoke, MA office. The position involves answering and forwarding calls on a multi-line telephone, organizing and maintaining lobby area and client flow and administrative tasks including monthly newsletter mailings. The Front Desk Coordinator will also assist and support Account Managers as needed. We are looking for a motivated individual that is eager to learn and is interested in growth opportunities within our organization.

• 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
• 8:30am-3:30pm Friday
